Sponsor Certificate Information

A SPONSOR CERTIFICATE is a document that is used primarily to inform or attest that you are a baptized and registered member of a Roman Catholic parish, that you worship there on a regular basis, and that you support that parish financially.

It is used to further your right to be a sponsor for the sacraments of baptism and/or confirmation.

As an example of membership, we provide the membership statement from the Pastor and the Parish Pastoral Councils of the Christ Our Light.

Once you have read the statement and considered the above you may wish to fill out the Sponsor Certificate form. You may access that form here, print the certificate and then fill it out. To have it signed by the pastor, please call him, 298 3863, to make an appointment.
