Faith Formation Registration
Information and Form
Some guidelines and considerations
for our Faith Formation Programs
Fee: To help cover the cost of books and materials, there is a fee of $15
per student or $25 per family.
No one will be refused
because of a lack of funds.
Meeting Places and Times
Grades K - 6
Sunday mornings after 8:30 (9 am) Liturgy, 9:30 - 10:15 am (10 - 10:45 am)
Middle and High School Students
6 - 8 pm, Sundays
Sacramental Preparation
Sacramental preparation is a process distinct from faith formation.
There is a separate registration process and schedule for sacramental preparation.
Prior to enrollment for sacramental preparation, persons wishing to receive a sacrament must have completed one year of faith formation. Further, it is assumed that people preparing for sacraments are regularly assisting at Sunday liturgy with the community.
Times and places for First Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation preparation will be conveyed to those who are enrolled in faith formation.
The registration form needs to be filled out only once and that is when a child first attends. By using the printer function of your computer you can print out a form, fill it in and bring it or mail it to Christ Our Light, 23 Niagara Street, Pulaski NY 13142 along with the appropriate registration fee.
