for the Week of 20 May 2012Text Box:             For people in Northern Oswego County, one of the most significant ministries funded by the Hope Appeal is that of hospital chaplains.   Catholics from this area are treated at hospitals in Oswego and Syracuse. It is not only difficult for a priest to get there in a timely manner, many times our priests are not aware that a Catholic from this  area is in the hospital.   That’s when Catholic hospital chaplains are present for those difficult times.    Please consider this when you make your Hope Appeal pledge.
